Our patients are expected to share accurate and complete information about their health status with doctors and nurses.
Following Recommendations
Our patients are expected to comply with the treatment plan recommended by the doctor responsible for their care and to support the healthcare staff during the care process.
Refusing Planned Treatment
If patients refuse the treatment planned by their doctor, they are informed about the possible consequences and are expected to assume responsibility for this decision.
Complying with Institutional Rules
Our patients are required to act in accordance with the institution’s practices, policies on the protection of personal data, and confidentiality rules.
Showing Respect
Our patients are expected to avoid behaviors that may disturb other patients and their relatives within the institution and to comply with the rules set by the institution.
Infection Control
Our patients and their relatives are required to pay attention to recommended measures such as hand hygiene, isolation precautions, and the use of personal protective equipment to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
Financial Responsibility
Our patients are expected to cover the costs of examinations and treatments not covered by their health insurance. In addition, if fixtures or consumables are intentionally damaged, the related expenses must be compensated.
Patient Visitors
Our patients are expected to comply with visiting hours determined in line with institutional policies and to follow the rules regarding visitor acceptance.
Inappropriate Requests
Our patients are expected not to request medications or procedures that are not deemed appropriate by the authorized doctor and are not included in the treatment plan.
